Use of 33,43,53 grade cement

''if
we use any of 33,43,53 cement ,@28 days depending on grade of concrete
like m20 we wl get 20N/mm2 , but why we using 33,43 etc cements we can
use only one grade of cement na''

Grade of cement means its minimum compressive strength which will be achieved at 28 days. 33 grade means cement will achieve minimum 33 n/mm2 strength at 28 days, same for 43 and 53 grade.

As the grade of cement is increases the heat of hydration increases its a simple funda,

Cement is binder material like sticky glue. The strength of concrete mainly depends on the quality of aggregate.

Up to M50 Grade concrete aggregates takes the all load.
above M50 Grade concrete load is taken by cement sand matrix.

it is always better to use 43 grade cement for normal grade concrete, because it will prevent the shrinkage cracks due to heat of hydration.

if you go for 33 grade cement, strength gaining will be slowed down and also the hydration is very slow, u cant speed up your work faster.

practically we doesn't cure concrete for more than 10 days at actual execution.
