Bar bending schedule is the detail list of reinforcement bars which are to be fixed in the structure.
it is always prepared before start of actual execution of work.
Benifits BBS
To estimate the cost of total steel required for project and budgeting.
You can get the total quantity of steel diameter wise required for a particular portion of structure and place order / requirement for it ( by considering wastage )
You can use it to check the contractors bill. ( if any steel other than the BBS is fixed in the structure we should take a joint measurement of it and same sheet should be attach to the bill)
